Focus on supporting good Mental Health and Wellbeing is now recognised by workplaces as essential to good overall performance; from an organisational and personal perspective.

 

Stress and anxiety are natural responses designed to keep us safe. But sometimes our experiences and learned responses can cause reactions that don’t serve us and get in our way.

 

This workshop develops an understanding of anxiety and stress and experientially engages techniques to manage and reduce it; and how to retrain our brain to engage with new habits.

Identifying triggers of stress and anxiety and recognising our reaction patterns

Life scripts and our internal voice - recognising and changing what we say to ourselves

“Mind the Gap” - creating a space for an intentional thinking in the moment

How to develop new responses and habits

Identifying personal values

Mindfulness, Meditation and Daily practices to reduce anxiety and stress

Communicating needs and constructive changes

Is it for you ?

For individuals, or teams in an organisation, to develop awareness and understanding, empathy and personal skills.

We’ll send you a link to log into a short online form and ask you to complete some questions in advance.

 

The form is anonymous and helps to focus on the most helpful areas during the workshop.

What will be expected from you after training?

1. A plan

As part of the training you will create a plan to take forward thoughts and action points from the workshop. 

​

 

2. Follow up coaching support calls

Included in the training are 2 personal follow up coaching calls. 

 

One will be scheduled after a week and the other two weeks after that. These are for support and coaching. They are non-judgemental and for you to freely discuss progress, successes and any concerns.
