Coaching Skills for Managers & Team Leaders
The use of a coaching style when managing teams and individuals is becoming an essential skill. It recognises that individuals have the resourcefulness to perform at a high level. Managers who enable others, enable peak performance.
A Coaching style is not a ‘soft’ option. It is a forward-focused approach that will challenge constructively, encourage feedback, stimulate creativity and empower ownership.
This workshop develops your skills and techniques, experientially learning and putting into practice real-world skills applicable to your organisation and experience.
